1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MeetTask at https://meettask.vercel.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

These terms apply to all users, including individuals and teams using MeetTask for professional purposes.

2 What MeetTask Does

MeetTask is a meeting task management tool that allows you to:

• Create and manage meetings and action items.
• Assign tasks to team members with due dates and follow-ups.
• Import meetings and contacts from Google Calendar and Gmail.
• Send meeting minutes to participants via email.
• Create follow-up events in Google Calendar.

3 Your Account

You sign in to MeetTask using your Google account. By doing so, you:

• Confirm that you are the authorized owner of the Google account used.
• Are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Agree not to share your login session or allow others to access your account.

You can revoke MeetTask's access to your Google account at any time via Google Account Permissions.

4 Acceptable Use

You agree to use MeetTask only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the app to send spam, unsolicited emails, or harassing messages.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
• Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.

5 Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create in MeetTask — meeting names, task descriptions, notes, and any other data you input.

By using MeetTask, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

6 Google Services Integration

MeetTask integrates with Google services including Google Calendar, Gmail, and Google Contacts. Your use of these integrations is also subject to:

• Google Terms of Service
• Google Privacy Policy

We are not responsible for any changes Google makes to its APIs or services that may affect MeetTask functionality.

7 Service Availability

We aim to keep MeetTask available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance or updates.
• Infrastructure issues beyond our control (hosting, database, Google APIs).
• Force majeure events.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime where possible.

8 Limitation of Liability

MeetTask is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any loss of data, meetings, or tasks due to technical issues.
• We are not responsible for emails sent on your behalf that are not delivered.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9 Account Termination

You may stop using MeetTask at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the email below.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, with or without prior notice.

10 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of MeetTask after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via the app.

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of MeetTask shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
